Life is challenging!
Counselling can offer you the opportunity of looking at the issues influencing your life and by taking time out to explore these in more detail, allow you the opportunity of working towards your aims and objectives and potentially open up alternative avenues of thought and behaviour.
We are all different and we all have differing concerns and issues. We all meet challenges in different ways – but by working together we can gain insight and understanding and begin to move forward.
My practice
I am a qualified Person Centred counsellor and a member of the BACP, British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I am NHS Praxis trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and am Cruse Bereavement trained.
I abide by the Ethical Framework for Good Practice in counselling and psychotherapy.
I work face-to-face with individuals both on a long and short term basis in locations such as Haywards Heath, Hove, Brighton and Cobham. The length of therapy depends on the issues you wish to address and the way you and I choose to work together.
The first session is an opportunity to discuss what has brought you to counselling and for you and I to agree how we will work together.
Please contact me at 07714 202 184 or tracey@hereforu.co.uk

In this world of processed foods and conflicting dietary information it can be difficult to know if you are eating healthily. In my experience, few people are eating a diet that will benefit their health in the long-term. Making the right food choices has a major impact on your health, energy levels, and mental wellbeing. If you look and feel great then your life is more enjoyable and rewarding.
Nutritional therapy is a natural approach to restoring and maintaining good health through the use of diet and supplements. It works to address the underlying cause of your health problems rather than just the symptoms. Nutritional therapy is much more than giving advice on 'good diet'. We all have individual requirements for nutrients based on our genetic make up, our environment and our lifestyles.
At Nutritional Know How we offer help and practical advice to:
• Maximise health
• Boost immunity
• Increase your energy
• Reduce cravings
• Improve digestion
• Enhance detoxification
• Protect joints
• Boost your fertility
• Increase libido
• Support pregnancy
• Reduce intolerances
• Achieve sustainable weight loss
• Overcome stress
• Reduce mental fatigue
• Improve sleep
• Balance hormones
• Clear skin
• Reduce cholesterol
• Lift mood
• Protect against ageing
